Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. 

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late, you will be required to pay an additional fee. We may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.
